Christos Pateritsas is a post doc research fellow at the Information Management Systems Institute (IMSI) of the Research and Innovation Centre in Information, Communication and Knowledge Technologies "Athena". He received his Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering and his PhD in Computer Science (under the supervision of Prof. Andreas Stafylopatis) from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2001 and 2007, respectively.

He has participated in many research and commercial projects both in the public and private sector. He mainly works in analysis, design and development of complex web applications and data storage systems.
