Dimitris Skoutas obtained his Diploma on Electrical and Computer Engineering and his PhD in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2003 and 2008, respectively. His supervisor was Prof. Timos Sellis. He is a member of the Knowledge and Database Systems Lab (KDBSL) and of the Institute for the Management of Information Systems (IMIS). His research interests include Semantic Web, Web services, and Information Retrieval.
